Error when refreshing Dataflow

Hi Community,

I want to create a dataflow to connect to one of my sharepoints, in order to speed up the refresh of my reports. As long as I am selecting the folder before all the data is coming from (==> \ESG\TRUCOST), the refresh is OK and last 1 min.

but if I want to select the folder where all my data is (folder "\ESG\TRUCOST\Exploitation"), then I get an error message after trying to refresh for 20 minutes.

can someone help me?

Dear @Dinesh_Suranga , thank you for your answer, i finally decided to go further and select a specific file which is far faster
