Error when installing gateway

Hello. We're having issues when installing on-premises data gateway. Any idea how to fix it?

Hi @gbernardes ,

Please take a look at this document about installation error 1603.

Hi @gbernardes

What I would suggest doing is if possible to make sure all the Windows updates are installed.

IF that does not work I would then re-install the operating system?

Have you tried it on a different machine? Is it Windows 10 or higher, and pretty much up to date? It won't install on Window 7/8 or Windows Server 2012 or earlier anymore.

Have you tried disabling any AV software?
