Not sure if this is still the case, but in the past, the data should be laid out as table in Excel for BI Service to be able to recognize and upload it.

@aman1700

I haven't reporduced this issue. Either "Import" or "Upload" works properly on my Power BI Service.

Please try to import the workbook in Power BI Desktop. Then publish onto Power BI Service to see if it works.

Or you may create a support ticket with the Request ID provided.

Regards,

@v-sihou-msft I have tried to import the excel in the PBI desktop but its not import pivot table and power View of the excel So i need to use the power Bi service.
