I have a pro license and received the below error when trying to access a workspace (I have admin access to the workspace) shared by an external organisation. Please help to resolve this issue.
Couldn't load the model schema associated with this report. Make sure you have a connection to the server, and try again.

Did you change the power bi Tenant URL before you link to the workspace directly.
Where to change find the Tenant URL? On the right-top of the power bi service. an "?" icon and about power bi.
OR
Whether your pro is a trial account, or whether it has expired.
OR
Uncheck the option: "Report viewers can only access this data source with their own Power BI identities using DirectQuery" in "Data Source Credential". To learn more and see picture where its located:
