Error to refresh data - No Message

Hello everyone, 

I've a problem and I don't know how can I handle with that. I'm trying to refresh my dataset in Power BI Service and I getting the error as follow:

 I don't know how can I handle with that because there's no error message. Can anyone help me? 

(I tried to refresh this dataset in PB Desktop and it worked)

Hi @thiagogouveiar,

When you publish report from Power BI desktop to service, have you install the gateway and configure the database as data resource? If you have done above well, how about delete it and republish it to service?

Is there no a link to show detailed information like the following screenshot?
