Error on Accessing https://app.powerbi.com

Hi Guys,

I am trying to access https://app.powerbi.com from a virtual machine which is inside a virtual network and we have a proxy server which is in Germany and the details of that proxy server are mentioned in the virtual machine and proxy is  enabled in it , because of this all of the request from virtual Machine goes through the proxy server , and I get an error page when i try to access power bi service ,I have checked with proxy server guys and they said they have  no blockings to power bi service from their side , Any help on this issue or any suggesstions will be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried to check the same in the other machine (other than VM like laptop/system).

If the issue won't occur in another machine and it occurs only in VM, then it would be some issue with network.

If the issue is persists, please submit a support ticket to invetsigate with the error message.

You may need to install and configure the On-premises data gateway on your VM, and you can also configure refresh for the dataset, see more: Manage data sources, Merge or append on-premises and cloud data sources ,Configure scheduled refresh .

The issue is not with accessing the data sources from power bi desktop or something else , I am facing an issue in loading of power bi service page without that I cannot even configure my gateway and i also have an issue with signing in of power bi desktop.
