This happens when the data source you are using in Power BI Desktop does but not support scheduled
refreshing in Power BI Server via Power BI gateway. You will need to find the data source that you are using and compare that against the list of supported data sources at Refresh data in Power BI.

The datasource is Palantir/Foundry and it is supported in Power in the Online Services data sources, yet the refresh is not supported.
Do you have Query1 in your dataset
If yes make sure you have added credentails for Query1
I don't see any Quer1 in data source settings.
