Error Refreshing Dataset

Good Morning - I have a dataset that is failing to refresh in the Service with the error:

Cancellation occurred when sending or receiving a request.

This dataset is processing through a data gateway.  When I check the Gateway for errors, I find:

InnerType=MashupValueException
InnerMessage=<pi>The key didn't match any rows in the table.</pi>
InnerToString=<pi>Microsoft.Data.Mashup.MashupValueException (0x80004005): The key didn't match any rows in the table.

When looking at the Desktop file, I cannot locate any errors in the dataset.  Each table and step seems to resolve correctly in preview without issues.

Anyone have any other ideas?

Can you refresh the dataset from the Desktop? You could check the Issues forum here:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

Greg,

Yes refresh without issues in Desktop.

I did open a ticket - was just looking for other ideas on where to look while I was waiting for Support to get back to me.   I'll take a look at the other thread.
