Error Configure Postgres database credentials in Power BI Service

I have connected Power BI Desktop with Postgres using Direct Query mode, But when I publish it to Power BI Service. I'm unable to set data source credentials for scheduled refresh. I'm getting below error:

"Failed to Update data source credentials. An error happened while reading from the provider. The remote certificate is invalid according to valdation procedure." The same credentials works fine when connect with Power BI Desktop. Please find the screenshot of the error attached below:

Can you guys show me step by step how to fix this error?

Hi @Haidann ,

As @lbendlin  said,please "The installed database provider 'Npgsql' targets an incompatible .NET Framework. Please install Npgsql version 4.0.10.0 or earlier" and make sure that you select NpgSQL GAC Installation.Then restart the pc.

Step 1: "Install Npgsql version 4.0.10.0 or earlier"  on your gateway cluster members.
