Error Configure Postgres database credentials in Power BI Service

I have connected Power BI Desktop with Postgres using Direct Query mode, But when I publish it to Power BI Service. I'm unable to set data source credentials for scheduled refresh. I'm getting below ...

Hi Haidann ,

 

As lbendlin  said,please "The installed database provider 'Npgsql' targets an incompatible .NET Framework. Please install Npgsql version 4.0.10.0 or earlier" and make sure that you select NpgSQL GAC Installation.Then restart the pc.
