Error Advanced Card

Advanced Card does not work (it is not displayed) in powerbi service, in powerbi desktop all is good. Do you have some info?

You can do the below things:
1. Check in incognito mode - To verify if issue is because of cache
2. Check in another browser - To verify if issue is because of browser

3. Check for another user - To verify if issue is user-specific

4. Check in another workspace - To verify if issue is workspace-specific
5.  If a paid visualization is used, please check if it allows to be displayed in Power BI Services

Please raise a ticket with MS after researching these so that they can check logs and tell you exact solution.

I tried all the things you listed and the situation is always the same.

Until last week the Advanced Card worked correctly on the service.

I also try to switch from Advanced Card to Card and republish and in this way the card is displayed correctly, but I would like to keep the Advanced Card.

I feel the best way forward would be to raise a ticket with MS support because they can check logs and let you know the changes taken place in last 1 week.
