Empty dashboard is created after pbix upload to service

Hello,

when deploying reports to a new environmnet by uploading .pbix into PBI service workspace, empty dashboards are getting created when source doesnt have them at all. Of course, we can go in and delete it but I was wondering if there is way to turn off this "feature".

As far as I know this is by design and no way to turn it off.

Thanks! But any idea the reasoning for empty dashboard? What design thoughts were behind it?
