Embedded Reports Display Error

Hi there,

We use Power Bi Embedded for our custormers. Earlier today, when customers went to pull up reports, they were shown the error below instead of the reports:

{"error":{"code":"powerbigetaadgroupsforuser communicationerror","pbi.error":{"code":"powerbigetaadgroupsforuser communication error","parameters":{},"details":[]}}}

The error lasted for about 30 minutes and then everything went back to normal. 

Does anyone know what could have caused the error?

Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
