Hi,
I have distributed an App to 1000+ users, almost all of them can view it fine, but a handful of them are getting issues where they see the pbix name in the App menu, but the report names and the report itself is blank - not even table headers or the company logo - just blank.
We're running an instance license so shouldnt be a licensing issue, and i've granted the app access to 'All Users' dynamic AD group, which i've confirmed these users are a part of.
They have tried multiple browsers and the issue is the same with all of them, although i have noticed this issue once before and it only occured on IE and not chrome.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

For anyone else who has this issue, i found the solution:
The report was not getting inheritance from the app for all users for some reason. I think this could be a bug in the Power BI service, but the workaround in the meantime is to also grant users access to the report and not just the app. Luckily, in this scenario, it wasnt hugely work intensive as i am granting access to the All Users dynamic AD group

Hi @Anonymous ,
Based on my test,I cant reproduce your senario, would you pls take the following steps to check whether the issue could be solved:
1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies and try again.
2. You also could try with InPrivate Window.
3. Please Unpublish your app and Publish it again, then try again.
Best Regards,
Kelly
