Hi all.
I have multiple PBIX files in my Premium Per User workspace. However, I need to send these reports via email to users on a daily basis with specific filters applied (date filter to be D-1 and a value from the slicer must be selected, considering the most recent one). I've seen in this post (https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Service/Dynamic-Subscriptions-emailing-reports/m-p/4270868...) that it's possible using the feature of Dynamic Subscriptions, but it requires a Premium Capacity, which I don't have. How can I achieve the same functionality using Power Automate? Or what's the suggested recommendation for that?
Thanks!

Hi @julsr ,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community.
Based on your description, I understand that you would like to send a filtered Power BI report to users daily via email, applying a D-1 date filter and the most recent slicer value.
Please note that Dynamic Subscriptions, which support this kind of dynamic filtering are only available in Power BI Premium Capacity, and not supported in Premium Per User (PPU) workspaces.
However, you can replicate this behavior using Power Automate with some workarounds:
You can use Power Automate with Power BI Export to File API to export a filtered version of your report and email it as a PDF. Here's how to:
Set up Power Automate to:
Run on a daily schedule.
Dynamically calculate yesterday’s date.
Retrieve the latest slicer value via a dataset or helper table.
Export the report using Power BI REST API > Export To File, with the required filters applied.
Send the exported file as an email attachment to your users.
Additionally, you may also consider this alternative approach:
Use Paginated Reports in Power BI Report Builder, supported under PPU.
Parameterize the report for date and slicer value.
Use Power Automate to trigger the "Export Paginated Report" action and send the output via email.

Hi @julsr
You can most certainly use Power Automate to do this, where you can render the report via the Step in Power Automate and then send it out to the required people.
You can have the report have the filters you need before sending out.

Thanks for the reply! However, I think that with Power Automate I can't filter the report, right? (I.e., I would like to always bring ActualDay - 1 and select in a filter which points to a catalog column the most updated record so that all the records are always updated with the most recent catalog)
