I have several power bi manufacturing productivity reports that are displayed on computers hooked to tv screens throught out the plant. We recently implemented dual factor authentication company wide and are prompted to authenticate once a day. Short of going around the plant to the 8-9 different computers and authenticating all of them has anyone found a work around for that?
Thanks
Hi @bmelquist ,
Authentication is done via Azure Active Directory. You have several options for multi-factor authentication.
Using ADFS:
Multi-factor authentication Azure service:
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/multi-factor-authentication/
You can also get to this within the Office 365 Admin portal by going to Users > Active Users > More > Setup Azure multi-factor auth in the new O365 Admin portal.

It's the powerbi app that is housed on app.powerbi.com in the web broswer.
It's in the web browser app
Those are contradicting replies. Please be more specific.
Please specify if by reports you mean actual reports (displayed via the Power BI Windows application ) or dashboards (displayed in a browser window)?
These are dashboards displayed in a browser window.
