Hi All
I need to add a conditional format rule as follows:

Hi @NIP008,
May I know whether you still have problem on it? Is ‘Deviation’ in the Based on field a Measure? If it is, could you please tell me how you create it and the sample data used to create this Measure? In addition, are you using the latest version of Power BI Desktop(2.104.941.0 64-bit, April 2022)? Thanks in advance!
If there is any post helps, then please consider Accept it as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly. If I misunderstand your needs or you still have problems on it, please feel free to let me know. Thanks a lot!
