Downloadable certificate report

Hi there, 

Every quarter our senior leaders sign off a certification form confirming there was no issues. These forms are built in MS form and I have created a published dashboard that maintains the tracking.  I've now been asked for a certificate to be provided after all the leaders from a certain office have completed the MS form. is there a way to build a downloadable certificate with members from a certain office? I am going to do it manually this quarter but for the next quarter I would love to have this option available if possible.

You can create a Certificate template with Microsoft Word, collect the sign-offs with Microsoft Forms, and use PowerAutomate to send the personalized certificate to the user after the completion.
