Download a report with users who has access to each workspace and dataset

Is there any option to download a report from power bi service with the users who has access to each workspace and dataset?

Hi @AUDISU 

For a user to be able to download a report and its semantic model, needs to have edit permission on the data model or have a role of Admin, Member, contributor in the workspace.

Also at the tenant level the Power BI Admin needs to enable the download feature.

I do not want to download a report which I have created.
I want to download a user list which I have shared my reports and datasets.

For that you need to use Power BI REST API to build such reports
