Has anybody knows why Direct Provider - Partner Analytics app doesn't work anymore? also if is there another app to see business data

Can you please share more details? Is there any error messages? Please share some screenshots and tell us the steps that you did. If there isn't, Can you please explain what the meaning of "doesn't work anymore"? Can you load the APP? Can you sgin in ? Do you use one of the roles (Global admin, User admin, Sales agent, Admin agent)?

Unfortunately only appears "Please hold on while load a few things" this message has been there for a long time (almost a day)
