Issues with multi select in Custom Visual "Hierarchy Slicer"

I am using a hierarchy slicer (custom visual) and have month and year component disaplayed as date hierarchy in the report.

If i select more than 2 years all the years get unchecked.

However if i select more than 3-4 months then it works fine.

 

At the max it is selecting not more than 2 years.

 

On desktop version, it is working perfectly fine.

Kindly advise.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    You may click the option "Edit report", then turn off the option "Single Select" for the Hierarchy Slicer in Power BI Service, don't forget to save the change .

      Thanks for the response but i tried that and hence i can select 2 years.

      However if i select more than 2 years, all are getting unchecked.
