What exactly does the setting below do? Is it an immediate refresh or how does it work?
I have a delta table in my Lakehouse that I refreshed (overwrite) and the semantic model has not refreshed. I can manually refresh it, but I thought with Delta Lake and the setting below that it was supposed to happen automatically. What am I missing?

@Anonymous Thanks. That is what I was expecting to happen. It looks like the model is refreshing, it's just that it is not showing it in the refresh history.
If I go to view the model and hover over the table I can see that it was refreshed.
However, if I go to the settings of the semantic model and look at the refresh history, it does not show that it was refreshed.
I would expect it to show the same timestamp in all 3 places.

This setting serves to automatically reflect data changes in OneLake in the Direct Lake model. You can try to modify the data of onelake and see if the Direct lake model reflects the change. If you still have questions, please feel free to ask me.
