Different font size of characters in same word

You can notice in word "users" that "u" and "r" are bigger than other characters. These is screenshot of line chart legend, but it is occuring everywhere, in tables, bar charts, text labels... Quality of image is realy bad because I zoomed it, but it is really noticeable so my report looks awful. Why is this happening? It is so annoying...

I changed font weight from Medium to Regular and now it looks normal.
