I try to register an application in Azure and embed a Power BI report into test application. I used this tutorial:
https://docs.microsoft.com/pl-pl/power-bi/developer/azure-pbie-create-capacity
https://docs.microsoft.com/pl-pl/power-bi/developer/embed-sample-for-customers
Succesfully I done this steps:
After this steps I try done 'Move to production' step. But when I edit my workspace in Advanced option - 'Dedicated capacity' is turn off and is disable, also I can't turn on and choose capacity.
My question is why I've dediacated capacity disable ? I've Power BI Pro licencse.
HI @gkuczmik,
AFAIK, dedicated capacity is for premium, I think you need a premium license first.
In addition, you also need to have admin permission for power bi, so you can go to premium setting page to manage capacity.
Manage capacities within Power BI Premium and Power BI Embedded

Problem was solved, we used Power BI Pro free account, when we purchased Pro license now working correctly.
My understanding is that "Dedicated Capacity" is a term used to describe a Power Bi Premium instance.
If you do not have a dedicated Premium Instance (minimum $5k per month) then this is going to be disabled.
It is not necessary for Power Bi Pro licenses as you are using the Power Bi Service (non premium capacity).
