Datflow refresh SharePoint permissions

Dear community, 

I have set up a architecture of dataflows, which lead into SharePoint folders with excel files.

Do I have to keep anything in mind, if my colleagues would like to refresh the follows? 

Does it work, even if they do not have access to all SharePoint folders?

To refresh an account having access on SharePoint should be used 

Once configured any workspaces user can consume the dataflow (&inside data) without requiring access on SharePoint 

They can also trigger refresh now button to refresh dataflow manually
