after create relationship between tables:
Or you can create the following measure to achieve a similar effect.
MEASURE =
VAR min_ =
MIN ( 'Date'[Date] )
VAR max_ =
MAX ( 'Date'[Date] )
RETURN
IF ( MAX ( 'Table'[Date] ) <= max_ && MAX ( 'Table'[Date] ) >= min_, 1, 0 )
