Date issue in Report

Hi I have created a report in Power bi. Created a last refresh time stamp to show the last refresh time.

When i load the report in desktop its showing correctly.

But in portal the Time is converting into PM instead of showing AM and AM insted of PM.

In the power bi portalIn the power bi portalin Power bi desktopin Power bi desktop

Code as followes:

let
Source = Table.FromRows(Json.Document(Binary.Decompress(Binary.FromText("i44FAA==", BinaryEncoding.Base64), Compression.Deflate)), let _t = ((type text) meta [Serialized.Text = true]) in type table [Column1 = _t]),
#"Changed Type" = DateTime.LocalNow(),
#"Converted to Table" = #table(1, {{#"Changed Type"}}),
#"Renamed Columns" = Table.RenameColumns(#"Converted to Table",{{"Column1", "Last Refreshed Time"}}),
#"Duplicated Column" = Table.DuplicateColumn(#"Renamed Columns", "Last Refreshed Time", "Last Refreshed Time - Copy"),
#"Renamed Columns1" = Table.RenameColumns(#"Duplicated Column",{{"Last Refreshed Time - Copy", "Date"}}),
#"Extracted Date" = Table.TransformColumns(#"Renamed Columns1",{{"Date", DateTime.Date, type date}}),
#"Added Custom" = Table.AddColumn(#"Extracted Date", "MST Time", each DateTime.AddZone([Last Refreshed Time],-6)),
#"Changed Type1" = Table.TransformColumnTypes(#"Added Custom",{{"MST Time", type datetime}}),
#"Renamed Columns2" = Table.RenameColumns(#"Changed Type1",{{"Last Refreshed Time", "Local Time"}, {"MST Time", "Last Refreshed Time"}})
in

What is your timezone? I'm guessing it is somewhere around -12?
The time in the service is in the GMT timezone, so you'll have to account for that when you create the report.
Reza Rad has a very good explanation on that:
