Hi , @Anonymous
According to your error message, it seems that you have a problem configuring the credentials defined on the gateway for SharePoint, a cloud data source, and the error points to a problem with the gateway service, but as far as I know, for SharePoint, the data refresh on the cloud data source configuration service does not need to use the gateway as a bridge for data communication So if it is convenient, can you try to connect to the disable gateway and configure the data source definition directly in the "Edit credential" of the datasource setting, so that the Power BI service can communicate directly with the SharePoint cloud service during data refresh?
Thank you for your time and sharing, and thank you for your support and understanding of PowerBI!
Best Regards,
Aniya Zhang
