Dataset refresh guidance

Hi all,

I recently started using Power BI Service as I cannot download Power BI desktop because I use a MacBook.

so I uploaded a dataset and created the required dashboard, but now i have the updated data in a csv file on my system, how do I update my dashboard with the new data.

Not clear to me what´s actually your "problem".
You uploaded earlier one dataset (csv files?) in Service. Why not take the same approach again?
There is no parity between Service and Desktop concerning functionalities.
What is your expected result.
You can use Desktop on a VM with Windows OS.
Connect via Remote Desktop to this VM and enjoy PBI Desktop.

Yes I uploaded the updated dataset but the report is not getting updated wit the updated data even after refreshing.
