Dataset refresh failure

Hi all!

I'm new here.  I am having an issue in PowerBI where some of my datasets refuse to update (in fact, most of them).  This is the error I keep getting after a scheduled or on-demand refresh of the dataset:

Last refresh failed: Mon May 29 2017 12:43:43 GMT-0500 (Central Daylight Time)

Cluster URI:WABI-US-NORTH-CENTRAL-redirect.analysis.windows.net
Activity ID:c41a4b0e-bbe7-6483-1ac8-5c8babc94e3c
Request ID:6cdd1e40-02b5-0914-1b8c-b42d475eba9b
Time:2017-05-29 17:43:43Z

Does anyone have advice on how to proceed with this?  It doesn't seem to give particularly good error information.  The data gateway (enterprise data gateway, not personal) is listed as online.  Here is a snapshot of the history:

I appreciate any insight that can be given regarding this issue.  It is turning out to be relatively high priority and I was not sure how to communicate directly with Microsoft regarding this priority issue for my organization.

Thanks!

Regards,

Derek

Thanks for the response!  My issue seems to be resolved now.  I believe it had to do with the cluster being degraded as indicated last week.

Derek
