Something went wrong unable to load report

Hi I have a user of a report which is getting this general error. I don't receive it here in the USA but the users are in the UK. I 've been looking through and haven't found another topic with this non-specific reference. Others mention the model or fields, etc..

 

Has anyone else experienced this?

    This is usually a transient issue. If the issue persists, you can create a support ticket on Power BI Support for better assistance as suggested by Greg_Deckler above. :smileyhappy:

    yes, one of my users is facing the smae issue.
