Dataset Refresh Stuck

Hi Guys, 

 

I use a dataflow for my report. I have scheduled dataset refresh 30 mins after every dataflow refresh. My dataset has been "refresh in progress" for last 2 hours (usually it takes 14 mins). Please help me stop/restart the refresh as it is affecting the output of a very critical report. Thanks!

I would suggest you reboot the gateway machine .

Hi @v-lili6-msft , we have similar problem and we use gateway, But yesterday even after restarting gateway the data set remained 'in progress', do you have any other suggestion ?

Hi, I dont use a gateway. I refreshed the model on my PBI Desktop and pushed it back on the service. It worked.
