Dataflows Refresh - copy new data to old data and then refresh new data

Hi All,

I have the following requirement.

1. Have a dataflows  that has 2 tables named olddata and new data 

2. NewData is to be pulled every week end

3. Before the newdata is refresheed, its content is to overwirte the content of OldData

I would like to know how to achieve this.

Are the tables to be put under 2 different data flows?

Can the request at line 3 be achieved using power automate.

Any help will be appreciated .

That's something you will have to do further upstream.  

Or you could think of a setup where you have two data sources, and you flip their settings via parameters.  But that flip would have to be done manually.
