When I go to my workspace I don't have the option of adding Dataflows. I'm a premium user and I'm enabled on dataflow settings. If add a new entity it shows the option but then it asked me to make the entity premium. I already have a premium entity. Please help. TIA.

Do you know if I need a Power BI Premium or it should work with Power BI Pro?

Dataflows are not available in my-workspace in Power BI service. You can refer to this document. So, if you want to use dataflows, you need a pro license.
