Dataflow refresh getting internal error

I'm unable to refresh my dataflow. Seems to be an intermittent issue usually but this morning it is failing pretty consistently. Any idea how to fix it?

If doesn't work, you would need to create support ticket to power bi for futher investigation of your dataflow model.

 Of course, now it refreshes without changing anything. Would still like to know why it is failing randomly and get it to a more stable state. Don't like having to work on weekends to fix failed refreshes.
