Dataflow refresh fails on Azure SQL Data Warehouse

When i design a dataflow with multiple tables based on Azure SQL Data Warehouse, the data gets loaded into my preview windows (i have added multiple tables). When i then save the data flow and try to refresh i get the message that the refresh failed (the yellow warning sign).

I've tried to reenter my credentials in the settings page of the dataflow, but the problem persists. I'm using basis authentication (a SQL Server username and password).

What could be the problem?

Hi mvogt_ilionx, Can you please share the details of the error you get? Go to the refresh history and clink the download link on the right side to get the csv file with all the error details. thanks, Maxim

While we investigate this issue, can you please comment whether it persists?
Does retiryng the refresh help?

Unfortunately retrying gives me the same error. I just now tried again and no succes.

Hi mvogt_ilionx, We start looking into your issue and we will appreciate if you can check with you tenant admin what are the MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) your tenant has for working with Power BI and for working with Power Query Online (PQO). Thanks for your response.

The MFA used is username password and SMS. I believe this is based on ADFS with microsoft account. So there is no Azure AD in place.

As far as i know there have been no recent changes.
