Dataflow refresh fails - SSL/TLS

I have a dataflow that is connecting to an OData feed from Dynamics 365 BC that is failing with the following error:

The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

If I take the URL of the feed and open it in a browser or query it with Postman it works fine.  If I open Power BI desktop and create a new connection to the OData feed, that also works fine.  I've seen similar issues reported for PBI Desktop or Power Query where the soution is clearing the SSL state but not sure if that would be the same for a Dataflow and if so how I would even go about doing so.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Kelly,

Thanks for the feedback.  I don't think that scenario matches the issue I'm running into as we aren't using a gateway - everything is already in the dataflow.  As part of troubleshooting I took the simplest query possible.

Query in Power Query on Power BI Service and Query on Power BI Desktop

I can connect fine to the OData feed from Power BI Desktop - no SSL/TLS error, things work great whereas from the service, I always get the error:

Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

The one other thing I did just to rule out anything specific with this specific dataflow is I tried creating a brand new one from scratch and that immediately fails with the same error.

Same Error when creating Dataflow from Scratch using the same OData feed

Any other suggestions on anything else I should be looking at?

Although the enviroment is not dataflow, for SSL/TLS problem,the solution is close.You may check the thread above.
