Hi everyone,
Periodically I have the errors when I try to refresh Dataflow (the Source is SharePoint files):
Error: DataSource.Error: Unable to connect to the remote server Request ID: XXX Activity ID: XXX.
Previously this Dataflow was refreshed successfully and I didn't make any changes in the Dataflow and Sources.
Please give me any solution if you have.
Thanks so much!

@v-lid-msftHi!
The issue not resolved yet. I created support ticket. Most likely this is due to a malfunction on SharePoint.
Thanks!
Hi @Anonymous ,
Could you please check if there are any permission changed for the credential configured, or check if the credential have access to get data from files used in dataflow?
Could you please also check if you can use the same query to get data from Power BI Desktop by using the same credential? Have you tried to use the web connector to get data from files? you can refer to this similar thread: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/SharePoint-Request-failed-Unable-to-connect-to-the-remote-server/idi-p/582487
