i am this error :

Reporting has failed to refresh.
Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

1. Data Source (DS) - 

2. DS On-premises/Cloud -

3. Connectivity Mode (Import/Direct Query/Import + Direct Query) - 

4. Are you using the Gateway, If yes what is the version of the Gateway.

 

Please try to download the PBIX File and open it in the Desktop.

1. File >> Options & Settings >> Options >> Clear Cache (Data , Q & A)

2. File >> Open >> browse the PBIX File

3. Home >> Edit Queries >> Edit Queries >> Refresh Preview >> Refresh All >> Close and Apply

4. Home >> Refresh >> Save/Save As >> Publish

5. Check with the Refresh (On-demand / Scheduled)

 

Note:- Please always use latest version of Power BI Desktop and Gateway.

HI @gotohbh,

Any advanced operations existed in your query tables? (e.g. merge or invoke different connection mode query tables, reference external data source)

In addition, have you checked your network status if they blocked any power bi requests?
