Hi all,
I have a security question regarding best practice on my PowerBI solution.
Our setup as if today; Data Warehouse to Power BI by a dataset.
We are going to have 150+ reports, where some users should see all, some a bit and some only 1 or 2 reports.
1000+ workspaces and filters in reports is not an option 😉
Should I go with RLS, AD or a 3. option?
Thanks in advanced.

Hi @Anonymous
Without a doubt to use DRLS, this will enable you to create the dataset once and no matter how the users access the data they will ONLY be able to see the data that they have got access to.
Here is my blog post explaining how to do DRLS with AAD Security Groups: Dynamic Row Level Security is easy with Active Directory Security Groups - Reporting/Analytics Made easy with FourMoo and Power BI
Hi @Anonymous yes you will as long as it is in the same underlying dataset.

Hi GilbertQ,
Thanks for the link and explanation.
If I go with DRLS and ADD, will I be able to apply these seruciry settings on already developed in different workspaces?
