Hi,
I'm trying to refresh my datasets from app.powerbi.com but I am getting the following error message on one of the Data source Credentials (our Postgresql database):
The refresh works fine from desktop. It's only the web service that doesn't work.
does anyone have any idea or could refer me to a similar thread?
Many thanks!
Raul.
Solved! Go to Solution.
In the end I couldn't make it work. After much back and forth with tech support they told me that there's a problem with the postgresql connector.
I changed to a ODBC connector and despites it's adding an extra step, it's working.
Thanks!
