Hello All,
My report hasn't been refreshed for past 2 weeks. It shows below error. However it works in desktop. The refresh usually takes 20 mins. The data has 52,00,000 rows and data size is 345 MB and we are using Pro License. In power BI service, it takes 2 hours and ended up showing this error. This dataset running smoothly for past 2months now it showing this error.

Personal gateway is not supposed to be installed on a server. It is an app on your PC. If that app is not running then you get the "unavailable" message. On your server VM install the Enterprise gateway which is a service.
Please provide more details. Personal or Standard gateway? what are the data sources?
