Data Refresh Error

Hi,

Over the last week, I have repeatedly encountered an error during data refresh, as detailed below:

This error isn't limited to the PPME table; it can occur with other tables as well. However, when I refresh manually, it works fine.

I tried refreshing my credentials, but I keep encountering the same error.

Can you please help me resolve this issue?

Thank you.

Hi @Raaaz199 ,

It seems like you might be facing a DMTS_OAuthTokenRefreshFailedError, which means that the OAuth refresh token used to authenticate to your on-premises SQL Server through the gateway has expired.

The operation was canceled may mean that your scheduled refresh failed to be canceled. In this case, generally speaking, the scheduled refresh will be automatically canceled if it fails five times.

It seems that there is a problem with the internal refresh of the power bi service, and we need to wait for it to be fixed.
