Data Refresh Error

Can someone please assist. I'm new to this but the first dataset I've tried to refresh give me an error.  It's a csv dataset stored on one of our servers.

It seems that there is still a free license assigned to your account. According to this document, if you have Power BI Free licenses assigned to your account, you may encounter some issues. To resolve issues, please contact your account representative.

I recently upgraded to the Pro account for government. If I log into the gateway and even just powerbi.com it takes me to my free account.  How do I direct the gateway to my Pro account please.

I would start by ensuring:

  1)  TheData Gateway is installed and configured on your server.  

  2) The Data Source has been added to Online Service and configured with appropriate path and credentials to access that file.
