Data Pipeline Error while Connecting to SQL server

Hello guys!

I tried to create a pipeline to from my SQL on-prem to Lakehouse. However, it shows error saying that "TypeError: Cannot read the properties of undefined (reading 'type'), like in the attached picture.

Does anyone know what happen with this situation. It works fine last time I tried.
