Dashboard tiles not showing the values.

Hello Everyone,

I have a dashboard which is built on top of multiple reports using import mode connection.
suddenly, for my team member (staying in US), the dashboard tiles stop showing the values... they remain empty and only displaying Power BI Logo.
we both are using the same credentials to login into power bi service. But we both are connecting from a different region.
Issue happens with all browsers (MS Edge, chrome, IE 9) . However, I can see the dashboards correctly.. Would anyone know why this is happing?
Appreciate any assistance/guidance anyone can provide.

Can you delete the previous tiles and re-create a new tile to try to fix it?

Thank you so much @v-yingjl for your suggestion. but I want to know the root cause for this problem.
Do you have any other suggestion which can help me to understand the root cause of the problem.

It could be a temporary region issue, I would suggest to to create a support ticket for further help if it still has problems.

@amitchandak  Thank you for your suggestion but it is not working for me. I tried it but still I am facing the issue.
