Hi All,

         I am getting the below error message for the scheduled refresh failed for one of the dataset.Could some one of you please help on this.

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

You could try to refresh manually and check if it works. It may be caused by a heavy loads( network ).

Hi,

       The DataSource is On premise and Data Gateway is setup and datasource is also binded to Gateway and till yesterday the scheduled refresh worked fine.

Hi @Anonymous ,

that is a good information :).

Do you switched the audit logs from your gateway on? May be you can look there.

Is thr Gateway still running? May be its switched off.

Hi KBO,

            The Gateway is running and online and the other report which was binded to same gateway and the datsource , scheduled refresh was successful.

             Could you please help by letting me know what and how do i need to check in the datasource to find the root cause.

do you have some more information?

Are the datasorce on premises? Than you'll need to set up a gateway.
