Cyrillic letters in R Script Visuals in Service

I am a R newbee and am playing with the R visualization in Power BI desktop and service.

Currently I am facing an issue with the titles/labels in cyrillic when displayed in the service.  In the service the cyrillic text is seen as shown below (there is no such issue in the desktop).

Is there a chance the encoding to be fixed in my R script? I tried with Sys.setlocale(category="LC_ALL", locale="Bulgarian") but with no result.

Could you please share your code or .pbix with sample data? It can help us reproduce your issue in our local environment.
