Customizing Reports by User

Hi all,

is it possible to make it possible for users to create their own reports from an existing one? 

I know the possibility of customizing visuals (preview feature), but this is not sufficient. 

Can I somehow achieve to keep the original report untouched, but enable people to create their own stuff based on this report?

Hi @NovaBI ,

You need first to grant build permission to others then ask them to copy reports instead of editting the reports in the original ones.

Hi @NovaBI,

I don't know the actual solution but you can always keep two report 'A' and save it as 'B' in same workspace, then all users can use report B to create their personalised reports and save them.
