Any customise feature available to Refresh time xx:10, xx:40 instead of xx:00 or XX:30 (hr:mt)

I would suggest you to use power bi premium, the refresh rate in premium license is up to 48/per day. For more details about premium, please refer to doc below:

Hi,

I am already having a Premium licence, refreshing at 48 times is fine, but I need to schedule at custom time hh:15 & hh:45 (but not like currently available feature hh:00,hh:30)
